This approach makes the brand extremely responsive to market demands: the synergy between the in-house design departments and the continuous search for inspiration allows us to offer new products every week. The Rinascimento brand aims to make trendy fashion and Italian design accessible to everyone. Four lines for every shade:

  • Platinum: the line dedicated to pure elegance. Designed for ceremonies, galas and special events, it finds its maximum expression in long dresses and details designed to enhance femininity.
  • Gold: for the most glamorous outings. Aperitifs, dinners and parties: offering bold looks and fashionable garments for the most stylish customers.
  • White: the “everyday” line. Casual, comfortable and easy to wear outfits for everyday occasions, without ever compromising on femininity.
  • Black: the cross-functional line. It includes must-have items such as office suits, sheath dresses and midi skirts, complementing the outfits from the other lines.

The new “Anthea” format represents much more than just an aesthetic revamp: it is the embodiment of a philosophy that redefines the shopping experience, placing beauty in all its forms at the centre. We imagined the design as a “Neutral Canvas”, choosing a clean and minimalist aesthetic where the space acts as a discreet and refined backdrop.

This strategic choice transforms the Rinascimento product into the true protagonist, allowing colours, fabrics and sartorial details to emerge without any distraction, in a context of pure elegance.

In “Anthea”, beauty is not only what you see, but also what you feel. The strategic reduction of the display load on the floor, in favour of cutting-edge perimeter solutions, frees up space, creating a fluid and airy customer journey. This layout not only improves the visibility of the garments, but also ensures a comfortable and relaxed shopping experience, inviting customers to interact with the collections in complete freedom. It is an environment where aesthetics blend perfectly with functionality: every element, from the lighting system designed to enhance the fabrics to the organisation of the spaces, is designed to simultaneously highlight the beauty of the product and that of the space that houses it, offering an invitation to rediscover oneself.

Retail franchising formula: on a sale-or-return basis, Fits You.

Location “Sale-or-Return” Formula: shopping centers, town centers, in market areas with minimum 50,000 inhabitants, sales surface covering between 150 and 300 sq. m, provided with an entrance hall and at least 2 shop windows.


Location “Fits You” Formula: the main shopping centers in the area and town centers, in market areas with minimum 30,000 inhabitants, sales surface covering no less than 80 sq. m.

In 2015 Rinascimento Card was launched in order to make customers be more involved and identify themselves with the brand increasingly more. It is a free tool that rewards customers shopping at Rinascimento stores, giving holders exclusive discounts and advantages, fostering customer loyalty and making them actively involved in an exclusive relationship with the brand.

Click & Collect

Customers can conveniently collect their online order in their favorite Rinascimento store! This service has become very popular and allows the sales staff to complement the online shopping experience by showing customers pieces of clothing to create the perfect outfit and offering customized style tips.

Omnichannel Services

Order in store

Rinascimento stores know no boundaries! Loyal customers have access to a large range of products. Thanks to a tablet PC in every store, any customer can order the items she is most interested in, collect them in her favorite Rinascimento store and, after trying them, decide whether to buy them or not.

Omnichannel communication strategy

A widespread and multi-channel communication strategy with the aim of communicating emotions, involving consumers in order to increase purchase occasions both online and in store. From fashion shows to ad campaigns on the main fashion magazines, from collaborations with influencers to the newsletters sent out every week, to product catalogues and lookbooks available in store and online. Customers become the protagonists also online, thanks to the very active community on the brand’s social media channels.

OUR ‘SALE-OR-RETURN’ RETAIL FRANCHISING FORMAT: MAIN FEATURES
Our Sale-or-Return policy

There is no business without risk, but our franchisees face calculated risk because they only pay for what they sell, without the need to worry about unsold stock, which falls on Gruppo Teddy. Furthermore, it is Gruppo Teddy's responsibility to select samples and replenish stock, with the possibility for the franchisee to drastically lower internal structure costs.

Profitability

Each franchisee can plan on a good profitability compared to the investment made, when considering that the burden of unsold stock does not fall on franchisees but on Teddy. The assessment of business profitability is calculated on the capital the franchisee invests to open a point of sale.

Guaranteed and constant profit margins on store takings.

One of the guarantees we offer our franchisees is their margin calculated on takings, which does not change even in the sale season.

Store opening investment: 700€ per sq. m including the purchase of furniture for the store and the stockroom, light fittings, flooring, equipment and communication tools for the sales area, tech package, store design and planning. Further details will be given during the interview.

Maximum duration of the franchise agreement: 5 years.

Fees and royalties: no.

Guarantees: yes, they must be given as bank deposits or bank guarantee, whose total amount will be 10% according to the forecast on takings.

Rent: to be borne by the franchisee.

Personnel Costs and Shop Management: to be borne by the franchisee.

Merchandise management and supply: to be borne by Gruppo Teddy.

Estimated time for the activities linked to store opening: between 2 and 4 months.

“FITS YOU” FRANCHISING FORMAT: MAIN FEATURES

The success of “Fits You” franchising format is based on the will to build together a rewarding sales business and career. The business format is based on a constant and mutual collaboration between the franchisee and the company, on the participation in supply purchases and the market knowledge of the franchisee.

When applying this format, franchisees choose which pieces of the collections to buy and sell in their own stores, relying on Rinascimento know how.

After the chosen location gets the green light, Rinascimento architects will design the upgrade plan of the store for free.
